Pupil Voice Groups

At our school, we believe that every student should have the opportunity to be heard and play an active role in shaping their school experience. Pupil voice is at the heart of what we do, empowering young people to share their ideas, contribute to decision-making, and take pride in their educational setting.

At Sun Hill Junior School our pupils have the opportunity to play a key role in representing the school, contributing to the physical, emotional, academic and creative aspects of their environment. By acting as role models for their peers and the wider community they may assist in welcoming visitors, supporting school events, fundraising for the school or external charities or leading initiatives. As key members of our pupil voice groups they develop leadership skills, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility.

By encouraging pupil voice and team work, we create a culture where every child feels valued, inspired, and motivated to make a difference. Their contributions help shape a positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school community.
