Uniform

At Sun Hill Junior School, we believe that wearing a school uniform helps create a sense of belonging and pride in our school community. We ask that all pupils wear the uniform as outlined below.

There’s no need to buy from a specific shop, and clothing doesn’t have to have the school logo – although logo items are available through our trusted supplier, JT Clothing, if you wish. More information on Uniform requirements can be found below:

Trousers - navy, grey or black
Shorts - navy, grey or black

Knee length skirt or pinafore dress – navy or grey
Polo Shirt - white with or without school logo
Dress Shirt/blouse- white (optional in replacement of polo shirt)
Sweatshirt, Cardigan or V-neck jumper- plain navy with or without school logo
Blue Fleece - Navy with the school logo (optional in replacement of school jumper)

Summer Dress/Playsuits (summer term only) - blue and white checked (optional summer alternative)

At Sun Hill Junior School we believe that wearing a school uniform evokes a feeling of pride in the school and the individual.  It also helps children to have a strong sense of identity and feel part of the school community, however it is not compulsory to wear our logo as long as the school colours and style is adhered to.
